Campus Recruitment

Tech Valley college graduates are in demand. The area’s more than 30 colleges and universities turn out thousands of highly qualified, intelligent and innovative graduates each year. These institutions often ready their students for the “real world” with hands-on research projects, internships and summer jobs. Students are also provided a variety of career preparation services including resume and cover letter workshops, mock interviews and career counseling.

To contact a school's campus recruitment office, select Campus Recruitment from the Categories list on the right sidebar and search by region, county or zip code.

Campus recruitment events typically happen over a few weeks twice a year; once during the fall semester and again during the spring term. Employers may schedule on-campus recruitment through a school’s career development center. Some of the larger universities welcome more than 500 companies to campus to conduct thousands of interviews.

Other services provided to recruiters by career development centers include career fairs, online job listings, business promotion opportunities and on-campus employer presentations.
